Cap on Damages. Liability of Massage Marvels arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Massage Marvels from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under BC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in BC for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Massage Marvels may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
